So sushi has 225 calories PER ROLL..Roll meaning that one tiny round piece orrr 8 of the tiny pieces when they cutt it? What does PER ROLL really mean in SUSHI? because im on a DIET and I want to know if i can eat sushi and I went on this website it said california role has 225 CAL PER ROLL. And i want to know PER ROLL means ONE TINY ROUND ONE or the set of 8 means ROLL?

a roll is the entire thing that they get 8 pieces out of...god, if sushi had 250 cal per piece i would be the size of a house...

I absolutely LOVE sushi!!! If it were 225 per piece I'd be huge. =) It's per un-cut roll. I prefer the eel roll and tuna rolls myself!

I think that's going to mean the whole roll.
(When I was on WeightWatchers sushi was pretty low points, couldn't have been if it was that many calories each!)

it means the whole roll. They are cut in slices. Sushi is very healthy.

Probably the whole roll. But you shouldn't have the rice, it's a carb.
