Maybe I'm just oldfashioned, but honestly, what kind of a person are you? Sleep with your dad's girlfriend!! And if she is willing to sleep with you, what kind of a person is she!

The only technique I think you could really use in this situation is:
Learn how to hold a shotgun between your legs, in case your Dad walks in -- he is gonna KILL you when he finds out!
Find your own girlfriend and leave Daddy's alone!
