I read an article just last month of a woman, somewhere, who was doing this, and her skin started to turn color after three weeks. However, I think her whole diet was made up of entirely carrots.

I think the question is how long do you need to eat carrots. Tracy Gold ate alot of carrots during "growing pains" and she turned orange. I think thats all she ate.

I tried that once, don't know how many pounds I ate, I just know that it takes around 2 weeks for your skin to turn either yellow or orange, I wanted to get a sunless tan!!

it can vary because the color orange isnt in your skin its in your fat because the orange color in a carrot comes from the vitamin a in it.... a fat soluble vitamin to much vitamin a can also poison your liver so dont try to make your skin orange or you could get sick from liver damage eventually
