Up to you and whether you are on a really 'strict' diet but even the salads in Mc Donalds aren't healthy and did you know that they preserve their lettuce in chlorine? Anyway, I know salads in general aren't bad for you but they're not particularly good for you either. They don't contain any vitamins or nutrients. Although, you'll be much better off to eat a salad than a burger. Not all about the calories either, think of all the bad carbs and fats that'll clog up your arteries.
Steamed fish and veg. or chargrilled cajun chicken and brown rice would be a delish and healthy option.
Up to you!

One dinner from Mcdonald's is not gonna hurt anything. When I eat healthy for a long period of time, I get a little craving for fastfood, as long I don't gorge on it or eat it for a whole week straight. Don't stress over it, that's more unhealthy then the darn sandwich. Anyway, try to eat before 7:00 pm.

Don't eat that fish sand which! (I used to love them until I gained 10 lbs!) Don't eat any McDs! Watch Supersize Me and you will be cured! I never ate there since I watched that movie over 2 years ago.

Simple. Don't eat any hydrogenated oils, no MSG, and no high fructose corn syrup. Any food without these ingredients should be okay. I left you some really interesting links. enjoy.

That sounds like a horrible diet.

Okay....3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat
You keep a journal of your food intake..I think its highly important for you to see on paper the numbers of what you are taking in.

You buy a calorie counting watch..You take your total intake calories +3,500 add them together and THAT is what you need to burn everyday..to burn one pound.

If you start seeing the numbers I think it will help see that alot of what you might eat..may be uneccesary. You have to remember that your stomach and your intake of food at one meal sitting should be the size of your fist. It doesn't take much food to maintain your health. You can have 5 to 6 servings of healthy food the size of your fits over three regular huge meals. Your body is like a conveyer belt. You need a little at a time to keep everything moving. Good Luck

You would go from eating all of the healthy unprocessed stuff to eating crappy Mc Donalds. If you need to eat something from there eat a salad. Why would you go from healthy to injesting a ton of oil.......Stay away from Mc.D's walk to the fridge and make something.
