Well, individual matabolisms very, and there are plenty of diet misconceptions. It could be that although you ate what is commonly referred to as junk food and notorious for being fattening, you still weren't consuming enough of it calorie wise as you were eating various other foods. Then there's the possibility that your body was in a state of starvation....not literally starving, but the bodies metabolism can slow way down if you've neglected it of calories of any sort, for given periods, and then even though you eat healthier, if the body takes the sudden change as a fasting, it can begin to store up the calories you do consume as fat reguardless, in preparation for more of the same, like a hibernation, it takes it as a shock to the system of sorts, being in denial of calories, and so it doesn't starve if this continues or were to happen again, it conserves those calories as fat to use during the potential next time. It's protecting itself, because reguardless of various things we do to our bodies they are very rezilliant, and adapt to survive, just as a sunburn to tan, and over time it takes much more to achieve the same result, or body building, how the muscles adapt to grow with the strain of exercise by becomer stronger for the next lift, or workouts also can stop showing result because the body adjusts, and then again must be shocked to respond with a change of routine.
Another possibility is that simply, everybody is taught that fat is so so bad, but it is also essential, and when you got enough finally, it kickstarted your metabolism to burn it more efficiently, and thusly you needed more calories to adjust, or furthermore, your own metabolism may run better on fattier foods and a higher caloric intake, where others run better on, low fat, low carbs, and high protein, or whatever variation. You would have to experiment to see the results of adjusting your own diet, but whatever you do, if you diet, don't crash diet, it won't work for the reasons listed above, and when you reduce calories, cheat on that diet atleast once a week, so your body doesn't go into starvation mode and continues to burn off fat, rather than staul out, or even worse, begin to burn muscle mass instead.

i might surely call the vet at a minimum. The cake may well be very undesirable on your canines, or it ought to supply her diarrhea. It sort of relies upon on HOW chocolatey the cake grow to be. some cakes use a man made chocolate flavoring. some use partly man made. If it extremely is in basic terms chocolate flavored.....you're ok. She'll probable nevertheless have loose stools, yet it extremely is probable all. If it extremely is a minimum of partly real chocolate....you probable desire to have her seen to.

I don't know what you mean by "uncomfortable" but that much sugar can really wreak havoc with your endocrine system. You may want to get your blood sugar tested now that you're feeling better. Diabetes and hypoglycemia are both possibilities. Probably your body was just having an adverse reaction to the sugar but it's always best to be proactive with your health. Good luck, hon!

I've done that before too...eat nothing substantial and lost considerable weight. I've never understood the dynamics behind it...probably because you require certain nutrients to absorb other things and without a balanced diet, the junk food just goes straight through you.
