I read it, and you know, it convinced me that Jesus was married to Mary Magdelene.

Were you convinvced?
And why?

PS: Please only respond if YOU HAVE read this book, and not just the Da Vinci Code, a novel

I read it and it seemed very convincing until the people who were supposedly the descendants of Jesus began denying everything in the book

I mean I have a family geneology that indicates I'm descended from the Merovingian kings, but it is so vague between recorded history and the Dark Ages to be virtually meaningless.

But I guess according to the book I, as a descendant of Dagobert II, am related to Jesus.

Send me money.

Yes, I have read this book.

I am open to the possibility that Jesus and Mary were married and that they even had children.

It is definitley more plausible than what the church preaches!

What I personally find great about The Holy Blood And The Holy Grail is that it makes you think!

It opens your mind to infinite theories and possibilities.

The world has certainly become a much larger and more interesting place in the years since I read that book and although it now seems a little tame, I recommend that book as a starting point for anyone who wishes to question what we are forced to believe by those in power!!

I read this many years ago when it had just been published and found there were a great many mysteries in it. As for it being proof of Jesus and Marys' marriage I'm not too sure.
It is known that Joseph and Jesus came to Cornwall to buy tin but there does not seem to be a lot of knowledge of His life between his birth and as an adult and I find that strange.
There is a lot of puzzles that will never be solved however I believe there are people alive today that if they were of a mind too could open our eyes wide.

What proof did that book give to you? You know, all the people that have tried to pull apart the holy Biblehave never succeeded in disproving Jesus. You can believe what you want, but you will go nowhere with salvation!

Yes, Ive read it.

the evidence is right inside the Bible itself. Jesus is referred to as "Rabbi Jesus" several times. It is a well established fact that, in order to be a Jewish Rabbi in teh days of Jesus, one HAD TO BE married, as they dispensed marital advice... So, if the Bible is to be beleived, then Jesus had to be married. Either that, or the Bible is incomplete and not telling us the whole story, which then makes it skeptical.
