I actually tried this one last week - it's really yummy!
Tom Cruise's Spaghetti Carbonara
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
1/2 inch of olive oil (for frying pan)
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 chopped onion
8-12 thick slices of Italian bacon
4 eggs
2 packages of spaghetti
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
In a frying pan, combine 1/2 inch of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, one chopped onion and the Italian bacon cut into small squares. Let simmer for about a half-hour, being careful not to let the oil get to a boiling point.
In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with lots of salt and fresh ground pepper.
Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Cook both packages of spaghetti until al dente, drain and immediately add egg mixture to pasta. The eggs are actually cooked by the pasta. (Make sure the eggs are thoroughly cooked before proceeding.) Stir the egg mixture until it is well mixed. Pour in the mixture from the frying pan and stir. Finish with the parmesan cheese and serve!

Make your pasta, melt some butter, mix it together and then add some grated cheese. Do it to your taste a little at a time b/c if you add too much cheese it can get dry and kinda of pasty. It's almost like Alfredo without the cream. This is a very quick but tasty dish especially if you mix it right and use real romano or parmesan cheese.

Linguine...or flat spagetti in English,
Cook Linguine, in another pan saute an onion and a couple of tomatoes and a clove of garlic, season with pepper then simmer until softened. Add 1 pint on previously cleaned and shelled mussels, stir in a cup of cream and a two tablespoons of chopped flat leaf parsley and stir well. Check for salt and adjust if needed.
Mmm this is really delicious and so easy!

Crush a clove of garlic and stir it into a jar of Ragu Traditional s/ Meat sauce. Take and remove the casing from some links of italian sausage and brown it in a pan. Mix it into the sauce. Too easy. Boil noodles and enjoy.
