In addition to what others have said about depleting your skin of natural oils, drying the skin, I would be concerned about possibly burning the skin. I would merely stick with warm showers and just have two big towels waiting for you (instead of a head towel and body towel) for when you are finished. Good luck

Daily HOT showers strip your skin of its natural oils and dries it out. Try showering with a milder temperature.

Along with the other answers you received, the only thing I would add is to spend some money and get a quality shower filter. Water quality is not what it should be and you don't want your pores absorbing contaminants.

You are clean & smell better. The bad news is excessive exposuer to hot water - or any water - leads to dry skin. Be sure to use a good moisturizer - Curel is nice & not to expensive.

There is no confirmed report yet but there is evidence that very hot showers/ baths may reduce your sperm count (thats only if you are a guy and bothered).
