Hard to say.

A square and circle are closer to covering the same amount of area.

A triangle has one less side than a square. So, if you are looking for similar number of sides then triangle is the answer as a circle has none (or one depending on who you ask.)

Are you looking for sides or area? Or, something else?

PS all three have 360 degrees.

Square because if you just tweak the sides a little it can be transformed into a circle. It's much harder with a triangle.
