I'm not quite understanding your ???, but I THINK you're saying that you can't fall asleep because your mind is constantly going because of stress and anxiety ??? If I'm right, it is difficult to stop your mind from thinking, but here are some things that I do that help me ... now, everyone is different, but it doesn't hurt to try ... Take Melatonin (it's an all natural sleeping aid) about 30-60 minutes before you go to bed, as instructed, as this will help relax your body & make you feel sleepy. If it doesn't work quickly, while you're waiting for it to work, do not watch TV ... this will keep your mind racing ... your mind & body must not be occupied at this time, especially cause it seems like you have trouble falling asleep ... then take long, deep breaths, with your eyes closed, while focusing on the inside of your lids. I say this because, when you close your eyes, if your mind is going, you don't see darkness, so try to focus on darkness, like the inside of your lids, since your eyes are shut, you can't see, hence the color black. Sounds too simple to be effective, but if you take the Melatonin to help you relax, it can really help! Hope it works for you.

Hello, just wanted to let you know of a miracle pill that puts you to sleep, available over the counter, is actually very very beneficial for your health, and is only 3 bucks!! I had trouble falling asleep for years. I would lay in bed, and think and think and think for hours before I could fall asleep. It was literally driving me crazy!! I had tried every over the counter sleeping pill on the market and nothing helped. I turned to Nyquil and that did the trick. I had been drinking Nyquil almost every night to go to sleep until I stumbled upon this miracle sanity saving nutritional supplement named MELATONIN. And you can buy it at any GNC health food store. I advocate GNC because the melatonin they use goes through 85 different quality checks before its bottled. Buy the sublingual melatonin. The kind that dissolves underneath your tongue tastes like cherries and it’s good for you!! I was shocked on how effective it was at putting me to sleep. If you have any questions before you buy it the sales associate at GNC should be able to answer any questions you have. It comes in 1 mg, I take 2 right before bed. The only side effects are weird dreams for the first two nights if any at all. Should be taken at regular bedtimes in the evening.
God Bless
P.S. after you try it and it works don’t forget to tell others about it. You could be saving someone else’s Sanity

MELATONIN--a supplement, found in the vitamin aisle of most stores. Helps even people on rotating shifts and those with jet lag to sleep.

LAVENDER--candles, incense, soaps, etc.--very relaxing, and helps some to sleep

CHAMOMILE TEA--also relaxing, and helps some to sleep

A WARM BATH--about an hour before you want to sleep

WARM MILK--about 1/2 hour before you want to sleep
