First of all, Catholics are Christian. Second, you will be hard-pressed to find a Catholic church that will allow you to hold a non-Catholic wedding ceremony, even if it is still a Christian ceremony, in the church without extrodinary circumstances...and I mean something serious like a local church having burned down. (God forbid!)

I think people of faith should be married within their own house of worship, whatever that is. There are all sorts of exceptions, but as I general rule, I think if you are going to marry before God, you should do it where you (or your fiance) worship.

Catholics are Christians, they were the first ones. You probably are referring to Protestants and if they should have a ceremony in a Catholic Church. If the Christians are of Catholic denomination then they should get married in the Catholic church if not then get married in the church of their denomination.

Your question is irronious. The Roman Catholic Church is simply the first formalized institution of Christianity. As such, all catholics are Christians, but not all Christians are catholics.

Well, my guess is you would need to agree to have a Catholic ceremony.

But - Catholics are Christians (they believe that Jesus is Savior) - so if the type of ceremony doesn't bother you, I don't think it's a problem.

No, too much ritualism.

Catholics are papists, maryologists and idol worshippers who are not the original Christians or Christianity.
