ok my 13 classmates went to the magsig invitationals expecting it to be a nerd convention & it was i hated it it was so boring

Yes, that is a nerd fest. Watch "Revenge of the Nerds" or "Napoleon Dynamite" to prepare for something like that, otherwise the shock to your system will be so great that you may never recover.

Or "Beauty and the Geek" is also a good prep.
