1. Fruits will NOT help you lose weight, they are high in calories.
Now, If there is a verifiable reason for the 10lb loss and it's short term, just don't eat for a few days and drink a ton of water. Keep in mind, your body will go into an extreme anabolic state and as soon as you eat something, it will convert almost instantaneously to fat/stored energy. This is the reason why crash diets are counter productive.
If you want to drop 10lbs and keep it off, that's a whole nother issue that can be tackled with a little bit of research into you.

Get yourself a copy of The Ultimate New York Body Plan by David Kirsch. You can lose up to 10lbs in the first week of this intense two week program! Gives you a great exercise plan (intense!) and super recipes for food you will be eating during that time! I swear by it. Even if you don't do the exercises (which it's best you do, but ...) just following his advice on what you should & shouldn't eat, you'll see the lbs drop! I got my book on amazon for real cheap!

Well tell me are u active if not get more active in ur everyday life in what u are doing
if u want to loose it REAL fast boost ur metabolism by EATING MORE (yes eating more will raise it plus excersice). Ur metabolism is like a fire if it is a strong burning fire it will not mater if u squeeze ur candies in but if it is low then it will make u GAIN ...ALOT . Strarving will lower your metabolism EXTREMELY. Also when eating alot try eating vegatable protien and not fats and sugars IT WORKS!!!!

Okay....3,500 calories to burn one pound of fat
You keep a journal of your food intake..I think its highly important for you to see on paper the numbers of what you are taking in.
You buy a calorie counting watch..You take your total intake calories +3,500 add them together and THAT is what you need to burn everyday..to burn one pound.
If you start seeing the numbers I think it will help see that alot of what you might eat..may be uneccesary. You have to remember that your stomach and your intake of food at one meal sitting should be the size of your fist. It doesn't take much food to maintain your health. You can have 5 to 6 servings of healthy food the size of your fits over three regular huge meals. Your body is like a conveyer belt. You need a little at a time to keep everything moving. Good Luck

it depends on how fast, if you want it gone in a few days, then get off the computer and start working out! if you want it gone in a week or two, then you should start trying to be a bit more athletic... that's the best i can think of, but some advice from me is to avoid the pills, they cause more problems then you think.

Eat mainly vegetables and fruits avoid fatty food
Do a lot of exercise like jogging, sit ups nd many others.

If you want to lose It fast. Don't eat and drink alot of water. If you just want to lose It. Eat healthy and exercise.

stop eating carbohydrates for a week {that includes bread,rice.pasta,potatoes} eat a lot of vegetables especially green salads and try to walk more and it will be perfect to run for half an hour daily ... this way has always worked for me ... i hope it will work for u too OH and one more thing no saccharides

Stop drinking pop (even diet), juice. Eat lots of fruit & veggies.
