No, it's not normal for her to be urinating on everything. Get an appointment to have her spayed and at the same time have her checked for a Urinary Tract Infection (URI). A URI can be life threatening so it's important you get her to the vet ASAP.
I have also seen cats that have a foreingn object that has gotten lodged in the urethra (a foxtail) and felt the urge to urinate alot, so have that checked also.
BTW your cat will keep going into heat until she either gets bred or is spayed. If your cat gets pregnant not only do you contribute to overpopulation but she will be prone to "breast" cancer in the future.

Yes it's normal if you have another cats (to mark territory). I highly recommend getting your cat spayed. This should stop the marking (unless their is another medical reason why she is peeing out of the litter box), the calling (extremely annoying meow), the urges to run out the door and will bring her affectionate side back again.

Your female cat is doing what comes naturally. Unfixed females pee, males spray.

Get her fixed ASAP. While she's at the vet, take a bottle of plain, (white) vinegar and plenty of paper towels and go over all the areas where she has peed. The vinegar will neutralize the smell and the paper towels will sop up any left over pee and the vinegar.

Good luck!
