I am not a health care specialist. In my opinion, if it has been properly frozen at all times, and it appears to look as usual before baking. It would probably be okay. Check for freezer burns (makes food taste yucky). Go ahead and cook it and smell it before eating. If it has gone bad you should be able to tell.
If it smells iffy Do Not Eat It.
Haven't you had milk still good past the expiration date?

If the pot pie was cooked frozen and has never been thawed out, then it should be good.I know that if it weren't good you would have smelled it while it baked.Did you not have any thing else to fix?Chicken can be a bummer if no good..

If you cooked it again to over 160 degrees or higher for any length of time it would kill any bad micro's you might be worried about.
If it had been frozen all that time there would be no problem going past the expiration date if cooked up following the directions.

Not if it has been in your freezer. If it was just refridgerated get rid of it.
