Run about 1/2 mile
Eat healthly
ect...
I just want to lose some weight for the Bikini season its not that Im FAT but i am a tad bit heavy and want to replace that fat with muscle!

you already have a good fitness program... just add some weight training in three days a week.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

I just answered this question for someone else. PILATES. Seriously I ordered it off an infomercial. Windsor Pilates. It really worked for me. I wasn't fat. I just need some weight shifted to different areas. I was back into my jeans after only 2 weeks of having a baby. Good luck.

If you WANT to lose weight, do sit-ups jumping jacks, run. But the trick is to CONTINUE to do it every day, start off with 5 and run a half of a block than add one more each day run a little further each day.(running can be done on the same block) just continue a little more.======ITS UP TO YOU

I did the south beach diet & hit the gym at least 3 times a week and lost 40 pounds in 60 days. It worked for me but remember everybodys metabolism is diferent.

Stick with your routine but boost up the cardio. Try running an entire mile or doing some steps aerobics, dancing, whatever you would like.

put yourself on the gerd diet - it's not one of those fad diets and it doesn't make your body go through hell I've lost 15lbs in 2 wks just by changing my diet & I don't even work out - I should though, but seriously, try it - it's not as extreme as the atkins in any way. Check out the link below.
