its usually a paid feature from your phone provider, but you can use *67 and the the number on a one-time basis!

In South Africa you phone the local Telephone company 10219 and ask them to put block call on your line.... you can set it for local , national or international block...or even total block
They give you a pin code and without that ,,you cant phone
You then get ten numbers to pre program into your line that you can still phone without the pin....
So I reckon it will be calling your local telephone company and ask to put Block call on your line....

You have to get "call block" for your phone through the phone company, you can not do it with out this feature.

Dial *67 then the phone number you wish to call.
