how do you use WinRAR?

im trying to put downloaded games onto my psp i downloaded 3 so far and i dont know how to covert the files into iso using, i heard WinRAR was a good program to do that but i dont know how to use it so can someone please help me, thank you.

winRAR is a program like winzip its for compressing files except winRAR covers more types of compressed files. i dont know it if does ISO images. since an ISO is a bootable image.

Winrar will only extract the files into a directory you choose. If their is a iso file you can then burn it to a cd or dvd using nero or other cd burning program'
