ok i am a teen 13 years old and want to lose about 25 pounds within a monthor 2 so ...i dont overeat and i am in basketball any ideas please

the secret to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. work out more (don't kill yourself over the treadmill though), drink lots of water, and eat food in small portions.
my teacher told me this during one of his ramblings. he was a wrestler and had to lose 14 pounds. he worked out 1 and a half days without eating and lost 14 pounds within that much...but this isn't recommended! it's only if you're like really desperate.

by the way, it doesn't sound like you should have weight problems. if you're not overeating and you're working out regularly, you shouldn't need to lose 25 pounds (unless...you know, you REALLY need to, not just so you can have a body like a goddess).

eat not crap food- no chips, no cookies, no crap like that eate fruits and salads and veggies and work out
