That is a little too young to be having a boyfriend or girlfriend. You have plenty of time before dating needs to be a priority. I would suggest waiting at least 3 more years.

A thirteen year old boy doesn't need a girlfriend. Hang out with your friends for a few more years.

You don't, why have the pressure of a girlfriend when you can have friend girls to have fun with . Have fun with your young life, there will be plenty of time for serious relationships as you grow older and understand girls better.

He shouldn't. 13 is too young. If you start dating, you're going to want to take it further, and before you know it, you'll be another kid who has a kid.
