I bought a $10 noise machine at a pharmacy. It plays all night if you want, and you can listen to the ocean, a river, crickets, rain, thunder, etc. It lulls me to sleep and keeps me from hearing all the little noises that wake me up. Sometimes I'll take a half od a Tylenol PM, but I don't recommend that because it could be habit forming. You can drink chamomille tea to calm you so you can feel sleepy. You can read till your eyes get heavy. Something really boring, like the first chapter or so of Genesis.

well thats somehow not health but, what i would do is just stay in your bed and read a book to make your eyes sleepy and then if that doesnt work then i would reccomand asking your doctor for some sleeping pills.

stay up and read a boring book
stay up and drink some warm milk
stay up and (ahem) do it

Then you may get sleepy -- it may be that you require less time per night than most.

Im me if you wish

Identify what's bugging you, then do something about it. Also, exercise and fresh air helps.
