French Toast? I'm british but I'd really love to have the time to make it every morning, I think it's like eggy bread with cinamon and sugar. Otherwise I'd probably have raisin bran cos I like a bit of fruit in the morning

I would probably boil some eggs, but only eat one. Have some cereal and fruit. Then have the other egg for a mid morning snack. The protein and fiber will keep you full and you won't be starving when lunch comes around.

Bread and pull it. The raisin brain sounds good, but keep your helmet on and the straps done up. Actually I usually go for the cereal such as bran, quick easy and good for you. With a pure fruit juice drink.
