What Peter D said is very good but I would say add a teaspoon of menthol and eucalyptus stuff you can buy for putting in the hot water (from any chemist). The menthol and eaucalyptus is excellent for opening the pores and added to the hot steam bowl it doubles the value. After sitting in the steam sauna for about ten minutes then go and wash your face using a facial exfoliating sponge and special facial soap for deep cleaning. When I do this my skin looks so clean and vibrant. The steam brings the blood to the skin which nourishes it and also takes toxins away that may be blocked in the skin causing spots. You can actually buy facial steam baths if you want to be posh about it! But a bucket or bowl does just as good, I'm sure!
Good luck.

You are a teenager. Accept it. There is no magic bullet. Wash, use a peroxide cream and if it's really bad see your doctor for some antibiotics. But it probably won't help as it's all to do with your hormones. I had spots as a teenager and at the age of 45 they still appear (as they do with absolutely everyone on the planet), The most important thing to remember is that you are a great person, intellegent, loving, kind and good hearted. (If you are those things no one will care at all). (However, If you are self-serving and narcissistic too bad get over it. Even if you don't have spots no one will like you)

there's a vitamin called Skin, Hair and Nails... it's amazing! you can buy it from Holland and Barret and probably lots of other health shops.

it clears your skin as well as making your nails and hair look gorgeous.
i started seeing results after about a month, but until then i used Clean and Clear wash with exfoliating ingredients.. it's pretty good.

id definitely recommend the vitamin though
