Right now I bike about 6 miles a day and run every other day, I also do about 150 jumping jacks and situps. What are some good exercises to get fit?
I've also been eating plenty of fruit and peanut butter afterwords, is that alright?

It does sound like you're doing a lot to get in shape for soccer. One thing I personally liked to do before the soccer season was work on some footwork with the ball. Running and biking are great to build up endurance but you also need to work on your soccer skills. Try jogging around while dribbling the ball. Do a drill called "happy feet" which is sitting the ball in front of you and stepping up quickly and tapping the ball with the bottom of your foot. You alternate feet while you do this, and once you get really good the ball shouldn't move at all. Another drill you could do also standing in place with the ball is to keep the ball between your feet and move it from foot to foot as fast as you can (almost like dribbling in place). There's also juggling (trying to use only your feet to keep the ball in the air as long as you can). By working on some of your footwork skills as well as your cardo stuff, you'll be way ahead of your teamates.

Run more. How much are you running now? 6 miles on a bike is nothing. 4 miles on a bike is like running 1 mile. Use "high intensity interval training" type running workouts.

Also do squats and polymetrics. You want to be explosive when making a play on the field or going for the ball.
