I would say that it's not healthy to try and lose that amount of weight by the time period you've specified.
Doing this is going to do more harm than good, in both the short term and the long term.
Short term you'll be cranky and feel weak, and long term, the weight is just going to come back.
Try your best to lose what little weight you can in a safe and controlled manner, even if it's not 30 pounds, losing something like 10 or 15 pounds makes a huge difference to your appearance and the way you feel.
Try different cardio workouts, change them up so they don't get boring and repetitive, eat only light things such as a salad after 6:00PM, absolutely no heavy carbs, or junk food at night.
Don't eat any meal that's going to make you feel like you've eaten a banquet, instead aim for small meals that satisfy your hunger and keep your mind off food.

My nutritionist told me to cut down to 20 grams of fat a day, but I thought that was to little so I cut down to 30 grams of fat a day. He said keep it 300 calories per meal. Cut out potatoes, corn and fruit. Because fruit has natural sugars and he said to incoperate fruit back in once you've lost the wait. Eat whole wheat breads, drink more water, eat lean meats like turkey burgers, turkey, and chicken. Eat alot of vegatbles, and basically read your labels. Exercise is important I did 1 hour on the treadmill and then some strength training after that. I lost 50 pounds in 3 months.

No, that's not healthy. 2 lbs. a week is healthy weight loss. You might be able to lose 15 lbs. by April 16.

No - You should only lose 2 lbs. a week. That would put you at minus 12-16lbs. You would be risking your health to lose more that that.
Best thing you can do is eat healthy and exercise.

That's an unreasonable goal. Aim for half a pound a week. If you are losing more than that, chances are you are breaking down muscle which will slow down your resting metabolism.
