No, it's not a Satanic symbol.
The "UL" symbol means that your fridge has been certifed as safe by the Underwriters Laboritories. It's like the electrical equivalent of a Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.
So, there's nothing you need to do about it. Just relax a little knowing that your fridge passes muster where safety standards are concerned. And by the way, did you know your question ended up in the "Cats" category? :-)
