Keeping out of the sun or using sunscreen helps - also - don't smoke! Smoking really takes a toll on your skin. Do your friends with more wrinkles smoke - or smoke more than you? And remember - even tanning beds are bad for your skin. Some people think that getting a tan from a tanning salon is better than getting burned from the sun, but getting tan is still worse than keeping those rays off your skin altogether. I am, well - in my older 30's - and I virtually have no wrinkles still. I don't go tanning, don't smoke, use lotion with sunscreen in it all year.

Not if you take good care of your skin. Do your friends go tanning or smoke? That may be why they have developed wrinkles and you haven't. If you continue to take good care of your skin, you will keep it looking young.

Yes, staying out of the sun and using sunblock definitely prevents sun damage and wrinkles. May I also suggest using a Vitamin C Serum daily as well as sunblock, as this will maintain your youthful skin.

Take care : )

At 40 I looked in my mid twenties. Now I'm 45 and, well, it catches up to you. Having a kid at 39 definitely helped the grey hairs and wrinkles catch up to me!

Not everyone ages at the same rate, and some more gracefully than others, but wrinkle you will unless you chose to go the Joan Rivers route...yikes!

Enjoy it while it lasts, I did!

I am 11 years older than you and I have barley anything at all. I would use an eye cream to keep hydrated, but it is probably just because your friends have damaged their skin that they are aging faster than you. Keep up the good work that just means you have taken good care of your skin.

sunscreen does not prevent lines.but now u can start to use some nourishing product for your skin to prevent aging. coz after a while, the lines will come real fast.
