I use a flavored soy milk (usually vanilla) and a vanilla protein, and then i like to add bananas, blueberries and/or strawberries to my taste. You can even make it chocolate with some syrup. The vanilla soy milk definitely helps, and adds a little sweetness without too much carbs from sugar. For an 16 oz shake, use about 10 oz of vanilla soy milk, 1-1/2 scoops protein powder, a whole banana, 3-4 large strawberries and/or 1/3 cup-1/2 cup blueberries. Blend and enjoy! I really like blue berries because of the antioxidants, and bananas for the energy from potassium. hope this helps!

I take a cup of frozen blueberries or mixed fruit & a nil.5 cup of water (or sugar-loose fruit juice) - liquify. upload a nil.5 cup of fat loose yogurt & your protein powder - blend. Yummy. including a really ripe banana to the blend is likewise very reliable. try procuring the protein powder with a berry or banana flavour - they style a lot extra appropriate than the vanilla. observe: do not use mango 's for some reason it impacts the absorbtion of the protein.

I use protein water from Stacker 2. You can get them at A-1 Nutrition.com. They taste like Kool-Aid, but no sugar and no carbs. They are really, really good. 20 grams of protein per bottle.
