well IF you want a permed kind of wavy type then... When your hair is wet, take a small portion of hair and put some gel onto it or light hairspray mist and twist it. After twisting, kind of rolling like if into a little bun and keep it in place with a bobby pin.
Continue with the rest of your hair, after your hair is dry then unroll your hair.

goodie makes some really soft curlers that aren't too uncomfortable to sleep in. just prrits a little water and work in some gel or mousse on your hair and put them in before bed. They make nice waves that last all day. I think they're called pillow curlers or spoodles, maybe?

For my hair i use scrunching jelly its from boots but not sure which make, when you've washed your hair towel dry it and scrunch it using the jelly. then spray it before it dries and maybe when its fully dry put a few simple curls in it using curling irons. that's what i do to my hair and its quite quick and easy.
