I take a cup of frozen blueberries or mixed fruit & a half cup of water (or sugar-free fruit juice) - liquify.
Add a half cup of fat free yogurt & your protein powder - blend.
Yummy.
Adding a very ripe banana to the mix is also very good. Try buying the protein powder with a berry or banana flavour - they taste much better than the vanilla. Note: Don't use mango 's for some reason it affects the absorbtion of the protein.

i take advantage of a flavored soy milk (frequently vanilla) and a vanilla protein, and then i go with to characteristic bananas, blueberries and/or strawberries to my style. you could also make it chocolate with some syrup. The vanilla soy milk honestly helps, and grants a touch sweetness without too a lot carbs from sugar. For an 16 oz.shake, use about 10 oz.of vanilla soy milk, a million-a million/2 scoops protein powder, an entire banana, 3-4 great strawberries and/or a million/3 cup-a million/2 cup blueberries. blend and luxuriate in! i love blue berries because of the antioxidants, and bananas for the ability from potassium. wish this helps!

I use 4 oz skim milk, 8 oz water, ice, and about a cup of mixed frozen berries (the type they sell at stores like Trader Joes) along with the protein mix. Tastes great!

Sytrax makes a whey protein called Nectar. They have many different fruit flavors. Personally I am not a fan of fruit in my shakes. I prefer chocolate, vanilla, or chocolate peanut buter.
