If I drink alot of water and green tea and also take vitamins and pills that are for fasting like enzymes, vitamin c, probiotics and stuff like that bout how long do you think i could go...white male 17 and I weight 160 if that helps...well thanks=}

A person can live without food for quite some time, usually for many weeks. The body will use its fat and protein stores (muscles) to help it survive. If a person has a lot of fat stores (is very heavy), they will live longer than a person who has very little fat (very thin), so how long a person can survive depends a lot of the person. Of course, if you go without food for a few weeks,
you will be very weak since you have been using your own muscles for energy.

no matter what supplements your taking it's never healthy to starve yourself. if you want to lose weight exercise, eat healthier (more fruits and veggies, less fat, smaller portions) exercising also increases your metabolic rate so that in the future you burn fat easier with less work. You could also try a diet pill, alot of them actually do work (do your research). Don't take the lazy way out.

There is a rule of "3". Three minutes without air, three days without water, three weeks without food.

These are not exact and younger fitter people might last longer in each case. But you'll definitely be dead if you apply a rule of "5"!
