Yes, since my city is over the threshold (250,000 people) for being a bullseye on some map deep in the command bunker outside of Moscow. The chances of a full scale nuclear exchange is pretty slim however...but i do worry about the aging Russian early warning systems, especially after their Cold War collapse. They've already had one near miss in 1995 in the Post-Cold War era. I don't fear any of the rump states in the middle east or NorKor, they might get one off on Seattle or LA, but nothing beyond that.

Not my city.
I live near NYC. A big enough bomb there - a 20 megaton "city buster," or two, like the Soviets had targeted - would wipe me out too.
A "small," terrorist-type bomb - say a 10 to 100 kiloton bomb, and detonated from a truck on 34th Street (or on a boat in NY Harbor), would not kill me where I am, but would make life awfully unpleasant.
ANY attack on a major US city, much less several, would change life, profoundly, for everyone in the country.
Don't even get me started on the EMP.
I have thought about it, obviously. I am sort of resigned that it could well happpen. Obviously I hope I am wrong.

No, no fears of total nulcear annihilation. I live 30 minutes from a naval station that houses many nuclear weapons so if we get bombed .. it'll only suck for a little while.

No thats a quick and painless way to die i do fear dying of radiation sickness or if total nuclear war erupted which might bring nuclear winter which would block out the sun and would end of much of life on earth.

No. Even tho we have several military installations and are a commerce conduit to Mexico, we're too "unknown" to the rest of the world.
A terrorist claiming an attack on Los Angeles or New York or Washington, everyone knows where those places are. Most of the world couldn't put my city on a map if they tried.

Not at all. I live in a rural state with nothing much of importance here....except the chemical companies. I live in what is referred to as chemical valley. It would be pointless to nuke my area when it would take something far smaller to blow one of the chemical plants causing mass destruction and possible chain reaction.
Sure we could get taken out because of another target but if I was going to worry I would worry about a correctly placed bomb.

No...the city I live in is not that important and plus I don't see why somebody would wage war against my country since it has good relations with everybody.
