The only free allegiance is one where there are no consequences for doubt. This is not the case with the Christian and Muslim God.

I am about to spit you out of my mouth.

The Bible warns us about this new revolt........Book of Revelations 3.15

I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. 19Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent. 20Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. 21To him who overcomes, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."

It means, "I know you inside and out, and find little to my liking. You're not cold, you're not hot—far better to be either cold or hot! You're stale. You're stagnant. You make me want to vomit. You brag, 'I'm rich, I've got it made, I need nothing from anyone,' oblivious that in fact you're a pitiful, blind beggar, threadbare and homeless.

First, the Christian God and the Muslim god are not the same one.

Second, you are free to make to make your choice.

Third, God will not force you make a choice for Him.

However, the consequences in the afterlife are eternal damnation and Hell.

You say don't want to make a pledge where there are any consequences for doubt or those choices but every time you choose , every time you take an oath or make a pledge you have to follow through or face the consequences- without any room for doubt.

You do this in your normal everyday life. Why are you afraid to do it when it comes to saving your soul ?

Are you even talking about religion??? Where in the world
were you raised and are living? Well lets see ya drive 30
miles over the speed limit and through ten red lights and see
what you get .."But I would not advise it" ...Are you saying if you believe enough in something strongly enough that you won't certainly be killed? Would you doubt that you would not be killed? Where's your common sense? Then you can say
God told you to do it all ya want ..(but I bet someone offered
ya fifty bucks) Either way the odds would have you dead or
locked away for a very.very long time. For which all would say
"Thank God" ! Except for those other cars maybe who could
nt stop in time or ...........Oh forget it ..right now I pledge I wanna soda pop and some chips ..thanks for the headache!

Only give your allegiance to the Christian God if you actually believe it's true. I wouldn't recomend picking a religion based on how nice it sounds. Just like I wouldn't recommend picking a medication based on how good it tastes. I picked Christianity because it's the only religion that actually has the motto "talk is cheap" I think that is very coincidental to say the least. I wouldn't believe any religion that didn't offer miracles as evidence of it's validity.

Because when a person gives his heartfelt allegiance to Christ that person is a forgiven saint and doesn't have to worry about Hell. What kind of God would allow no consequences for sin? If your kids do wrong do you not punish them. Rejecting God is a serious thing.

God won't kill you if you don't give Him your true, heartfelt, allegiance. We all are going to die whether we give Him our true, heartfelt, allegiance or not. It just makes life a little more peaceful now if we can believe we will have a better life after this one.

First, I'll touch on that part about Consequences... No matter what decision you make (or refuse to make) you will face consequences. the term simply means "results". If you choose one option, you face a consequence. If you refuse to select an option - that is a choice in itself. So you'll face a consequence regardless.

Now, as for God killing you if you do not choose his ways. Refusing God is a sin + The wages of sin is death + Satan's ways are sin = you have chosen Satan over God so you have brought death upon yourself. God hasn't killed you. You've done that to yourself by that choice you made not to follow him.

Despite what the bible says, if there really is a God, He will judge you based on what kind of person you are and what kind of life you live. I don't mean hether you're a beiever, whether you go to church, whether you're gay or straight, married or not, but by whether you're good and decent, helpful to others, kind, compassionate etc. If you are al these things and there is a Heaven, I'm sure you'll land there when your time comes.
