I need a FREE software that can help me edit music. (Faster, slowere, add beats, etc.)?

It has to be FREE because i don't want to pay.

It should be able to edit mp3 songs and give me the option to make it faster, slower, add beats, etc. Please and Thank You :D

Try Audacity, it's part of the free software consortium and it works great.
