Girls need to have a personality. They shouldn't be a copy of some one or some thing just because they heard/read that this person is cool. They should just be they way they want to be. But keep in mind, most guys don't like complaining and/or ultra feminism. Those are turn downs.
Phisical? Everybody looks for differend things. Pretty faces and well shaped body. Color of hair or skin are not that important.

Girl's personality: Ideally she is attentive and charming, and has something to give outside the relationship but wants to have the relationship with one guy. And most definitely I'd want that guy to be me! I prefer brains to catwalkers.
Girl's body: Feminine. No one body part is required to be the best ever, but something should stand out as incredible - could be the eyes, face, smile, legs, walk/demeanor or something more Rubinesque or Partonesque in nature if a man is so inclined. Personally, I'll take four out of seven traits here with the personality maxed out.

If a girl looks like she takes care of herself physically (i.e. not a disgusting blob) and have a friendly outgoing personality. OK now for the second. Do NOT overdo the hair and makeup thing. If you can make yourself look and feel good just rolling out of bed and throwing your hair up in a ponytail and sweats...good to go.

Physical - brunette, green or brown eyes, tan to dark skin, breast size - B or up, big booty, not too skinny ( got to have some meat) and short
Personal/mental - has a high esteem of herself but doesn't mind constant compliments, totally comfortable around me, doesn't give up (almost stubborn), doesn't break promises, honest to a certain degree, likes to party a little bit but loves to lay down and chill with me alone. doesn't mind letting me open the door for her and hangs out with me when i'm with my friends...my friends are like family to me so i like when a girl can be with me and hang out with my friends too as a group.

make-up: make sure that your make-up isn't too over-the-top. its OK if people know that you're wearing make-up, but it shouldn't be to obvious.
hair: shower. use really good conditioner, and never brush wet hair- it'll break. don't straighten it too much, it'll break.
flirting: just be yourself. don't overdo it. guys don't like girls who push themselves on them, but who wants to flirt with someone who doesn't flirt back? find a good mix of flirty and hard-to-get.
fashion: be yourself. try to find clothes that are comfy as well as cute, because you don't want to be in jeans that are too tight and get a wedgie, or stuff like that. make sure that you choose colors and styles that compliment you, then worry about what's in fashion right now.

I look in a girl that can understand and that is sweet and romantic and especially dangerous at the same time. And in Physical they have to least a B in Boobs and a medium butt
