My husband has a book on this subject, which he and I have both read several times. I was already doing almost everything that it said to do for my blood type, which is pretty incredible. I did have to substitute a few things, but I had already given up most of what was considered to be bad for me. I feel great!

I read the book, ordered the test and I gave it a shot. But I cannot live without chicken!! However, a friend of mine has lost 25 pounds and swears by it. She lives on salmon. We are the same blood type, but she CAN afford to live on salmon...I cannot do that everyday. I drink alot of water and keep away from some of the offending foods/spices etc.

Diet based on blood type? This sounds pretty silly. People actually do this?
