It probally is well, im almost 14 in 1 month but... is this overweight for a 13 year old.?


And how can I lose weight fast?

I have no equiptment because there is nothing or nowhere i can buy around be so is there any good excersizes i can do with just my body and what?

How tall are you? How do you feel? I mean do you feel healthy? Do you exercise and eat healthy foods? I think you should decided this for yourself and with the help of your doctor. I hope this is for your health and not to fit in to society's standards.

You don't mention your gender or height, so it's hard to say. But you sound fine to me. If you're worried, get some exercise, as it can't hurt anyone. Walk or run, get some fun workout videos, or take a dance or karate class. Doesn't sound like you need to diet, but for your own nutritional health, make sure you are eating a minimum of soda and candy, and tons of fruits and veggies.

How tall are you honey. You could be perfectly sized for you weight. You do not need equipment. make 10,000 steps aday. count your steps. these are above your normal ones.
