He put his arm around you? Don't you know that now you will become pregnant!!
UHH kids these days!
*rolls eyes*
Just kidding dear, but seriously go back to sex education class and actually pay attention this time, and if you have not had your period yet you are probably too young for a boyfriend.
Good luck!

Wow. Not too many details. I'm sure that your boyfriend wasn't acting all lovey dovey because you discussed with him that you don't have your period yet. And as for your birthday in November... did you want Aunt Flo for a gift, or something? That would probably not have been a good thing considering that along with a period come cramps, headaches, tampons, pads... all that fun stuff. If you were talking with your b/f about your period and you told him that you hadn't gotten yours yet and then he started acting all lovey dove dovey... it may be that he knows when a woman has not yet had a period, she cannot conceive a baby and so now he is thinking about having sex because there will not be the pregnancy consequence. On your next questions... use more detail, how old you are, are you active, what's your status with your boyfriend (i.e., how long have you been with him, is it serious.) Good luck with the rag thing.

I really have no idea what you're talking about. Is this 2 separate questions and then a random story and then a piece of trivia? I'll do my best:
1) Depending on how old you are, it probably isn't anything. Just keep an eye out.
2) He's acting lovey dovey because he wants to get close to you.
3) That's a great story. Sorry your stomach hurts. Maybe it's cramps and you're getting your first period!
4) Happy belated birthday!

I wouldn't say that the two events are necessarily linked..other than you may be getting a surge of hormones when he does that. I wouldn't worry about it..your body knows when to start doing what it needs to. It isn't dependent on your birthday or anything else other than your own specific genetic structure.
That being said, make sure that your boyfriend's 'lovey doveyness' stays at a level that is appropriate for a girl of your age. There are parts of you that he (or anyone else, for that matter) has no business touching yet--and won't for a few years yet.

Honey we spend the first 10-17 years of our lives wishing we would get our periods and the next 63-70 years wishing our periods would go away and never come back. I don't know what your hurry is but trust me, it's not such a great thing to wait for. Kinda like waiting to get hit by a car.
Now does that sound like something you should be in a rush to get?
As for the boyfriend, let me say this. Boys are idiots until they get to be around 30 years of age. Then they are still idiots, but they hide it better. Unless their friends are around. Then it's a regular idiot festival.
But they have their good points too :-)
Take care.

Not sure which birthday you had in November - but just hang in there. There is no connection between your boyfriend and your period. Just a word of advice - delay having sex as long as you possibly can. There are lots and lots of dangers associated with teenage sex out there and too much pressure on you to have sex. The dangers to teenagers are higher than 20-somethings because a teenage body is more susceptible to sexually transmitted diseases & pregnancy. Good rule of thumb - if you are ready to have a baby, you are ready to have sex.

Your peroid has nothing to do with guys. It will happen when it happens which can be anywhere from age 11 to rarely 17. Don't be in a rush to get it, it's more of a pain in the butt then a blessing.

You might be pregnant. It is pretty easy.
You need to stifle your hormones. Teenage boys hormones are raging and you need to keep your distance if you want to keep your self respect. Please wait till you are much older, out of high school. Pre-marital sex can make a mess out of your life.
You only have one chance in this life, don't blow it.

This question makes no sense. What does any of this have to do with the fact that you haven't gotten your period yet?
