while pregnent :( I hate the weight I think i'm putting on on my butt and stuff.

whatever you do don't go on a diet whilst pregnant as it wont do you or your child any good, if after the birth your unhappy with how your body looks then that is the time to look for a health fitness regime not whilst pregnant its not worth the risk!

I found that the best way to loose weight while pregnant was I joined a yoga and swimming class and did not give into all my cravings just by keeping active will keep those pounds at bay. After I had my baby i continued my regular exercise routine and got my figure back in 6 weeks. Good Luck and stay healthy because your baby's health is more important than your dress size

healthy eating, small portions, drink plenty of water, exercise (fine an exercise you enjoy and stick to it) and WILL POWER - imagine yourself slim, write down why you want to lose weight, how you will feel when you lose weight etc. Get your friends and family to support you. Most of us know all this anyway, it's just finding the will power and drive to do it. Don't give up!

unless you gained excessive weight your body will probably loose the weight after the baby is born. you should never diet while pregnant it is not safe.

your body very rarely goes back to before birth looks.

get pregnent again! sure yal put on some more pounds but wen the baby comes out yal lose it all again

try to keep your calorie intake to around 2100 - 2400 calories a day. and do entle excercising. excercises you can do are:
Aerobics
Cycling
Dancing
Fishing
Jogging

SWIMMING!

its truly the best thing for you. or anyone for that matter. You can go when you want, and swim at your own pace. You'll burn them calories sooner than you think! also tone yourself up and you'll feel so great and buff
