Do you just jump on them or is there actual things you should be doing while jumping? Are they effective for cradio? Trying to lose the last of the baby weight.

There are lots of different things you can do on a mini trampoline. For beginners, just lightly bounce for a bit until you feel comfortable on it then add arm movements.
When you get more comfy with it you can do all sorts of things! Jump, star jumps, running on the spot.

^ Has a few good exercises, but its all about what feels most comfortable to you.
Generally I run on the spot, lifting my knees above my belly button. Also, jump and twist the top part of your body is a god one, but I find I need something to hold on to sometimes!

The mini-trampoline is very good for cardio, really gets your heart going! :)

I use mine for running in place on days when the weather is terrible. Keeps me in the HABIT of getting regular exercise, but it takes a good 10 minutes to get my heartrate up, so I have to do twice the minutes to burn the same number of calories as running outside.

They are good for running in place. remember to wear the job bra
