I am moving into a new house in a few months and trying to get an idea of things I will need to buy. Does anyone know of a good book or website that has a great list? I have lived on my own for 10 years, so I am not really looking for beds, sheets, towels. I am looking for things like hoses, lawn mowers, things you wouldn't have living in an apartment.

this is just a start.

The list will depend on how much you plan to do yourself or hire done. For example lawn mowing and yard work......if hired out, you don't need the big tools, just some simple hand tools to carry you over until the lawn service arrives.

Outdoor cleaning requires a good broom, step ladder or ladder depending how high you are going to clean. Gutters need cleaning so you need a way up there.

Window washing is one thing but what about replacing the chaulk?

Maybe a good start would be a good home maintenance and repair book and from there see what you might need. Like most of us, you'll probably buy as you need them.

By all means have a good repair tool kit like this website suggests.

From what paranoid information source did you get this? there is no enemies record. you're questioning of George W. Bush, who indulged in warrantless wiretaps and searches and who, with Dick Cheney, created the "in case you do no longer trust us, you're a traitor" mentality we are nonetheless attempting to recover from. for sure, you haven't any longer gotten over it and would't understand that the present administration would not perform this style. Edit: A weblog??? you're bringing up a weblog?? nicely, then, it may be authentic if some fascist sitting in his undies wearing a tinfoil hat says it fairly is. Edit: All i will say is, if the anti-Obama crowd have been this prepared final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, McCain would be President now. Thank god all you human beings are able to doing is criticize and wreck quite than arise with any new concepts on your very own. You all sound like grasping, paranoid cretins.

Make sure you start your own toolbox, if you haven't already. Phillips and standard screwdrivers, hammer, nails, screws, flashlight, staple gun, pliers, wrench, glue gun.
