Gosh...
I'd say the Hamburgler because he'd do some sneaky convict style stuff...
I'd think the King wouldn't be able to catch the Hamburgler due to his squirmy size and speed...he's used to running!

well, as the Burger King does nothing but sit his lazy butt on his throne all day and is way out of shape because of it
and
the Hamburgler has spent so much time in jail that he has had to learn how to defend himself
I would definitely say the Hamburgler
