My hair is natural dark brown. But, I've highlighted it for years. Now it is dark brown, with Blonde, Honey, and Chesnutt Highlights and dye completely black underneath. It sounds awful, but it is the best hair style I've ever had for the winter. The only down fall is I have to go every 4-6 weeks to keep it up and it takes 3- 3 1/2 hours everytime I go to get it down. Cause its really long.

Highlighted / Lowlighted. It's subtle and the bulk of my hair is the natural brown it's always been.

I used to dye my hair ALL the time, I stopped a couple of years ago and it's be a shade of brown since then.

But this year coming on summer I going to change it up! Should be sweet!!

I have both highlights and lowlights. My hair is naturally dark blonde but as I've gotten older I needed a bit of help to keep it natural so that's why my hairdresser suggested doing both types of highlighting techniques.

Completely natural until I put in some highlights last year.

dyed and highlighted.

I dyed it red for the first time since having my daughter (I have naturally brown hair, but red looks best with my freckles and fair skin) and I must have really been out of practice because I ended up with some spots of brown still! *L* I looked like a red and brown leopard.. hehe

So I put strawberry blonde highlights in and it came out looking great. thank goodness. :-)

100% natural.

I've had my hair highlighted -- over 20 years ago, in highschool. But that was the only time I ever dyed/highlighted it.

Dyed the red my hair used to be before I went gray. Its premature in my family. I'm only 37, but my hair is 3/4 gray.
