One of my girls did before she was 2 years, so I lowered the mattress and she never did get out again.

My daughter at 14 months or so. My son (who is going to be four) would probably still sleep in a crib if I let him! (Just kidding). He never climbed out. He got promoted to big boy bed when his sister was born by c-section and mommy couldn't lift him into the crib.

my son 9 months and my daughter about 15 months if your child is climbing out lower the mattress or get a toddler bed

I didnt have that problem at 15 months I put her into a toddler bed, so that she could get up and down on her own without us having to go through that problem

10 months. Had to buy her a toddler bed. She could climb out no matter what I did, even at the lowest setting.

One of my 14 month old twins is starting to try to climb out and the mattress is already at lowest setting.
