Simply, your cat has a neurological problem. Please go to the vet immediately.
A quick suggestion, did this happen after you left the house with the cat unsupervised and came back? Search your house for any drugs or chemicals that your cat could have gotten into. Also, look for any chewed wires to see if your cat may have been shocked by a live wire. Is she acting dumb, tired, or stumbling?
Check these things quick, and then go to the vet as soon as humanely possible, good luck.

If only one eye is dilated, then something is wrong. The eyes should be symetrical in the way they dilate. Take him to the vet to have the eye checked.

This is a common sign of neurological problem. It is not related to vision. Your kitty needs to see a vet.
