Yeah...go talk to him.
Ask him about a movie that's coming out and see if he wants to go with you.

It depends, I know alot about these things, if your ugly then he will not want to go out with U. However if U and your friend R = Hot then maybe tell him how U feel and if he laughs and says no forget him & move on.

I think that the best way to become closer then him and your best friend are. talk to him all the time.. on MSN, at school... e.c
then eventually he'll know he picked the wrong girl to like
and move on to you.
OR
you could get your best friend to like someone a LOT, so then she'll talk about him all the time.. eventually he'll have to move on

okaay first you should talk to your friend! if he likes her then he will listen to everything that she says. so tell her to talk to him and make it seem like you are so much better for him than she is.
then, you ahould talk to him in person. or text or im him. talk about anything you can think of, sports are a good place to start.
next, FLIRT! FLIRT! FLIRT!!!!
then, make your move and let him know that you like him! whether you tell him in person or if your friend does, pretend it is an accident, that worked for me once!!! just think, it couldn't hurt!! and after a while he might start to really like you!!

Just go for it girl. Tell him what you think and feel because if you dont, youll always be asking yourself, what if. You could flirt with him and grab his butt and complement his muscles. Boys are real suckers for those kinds of things.

act normal, do not wear no damn sleazy, extremely tight clothes or he think of you as his midnight bootycall ( I hang around too many guy to know that) and do not try to impress him with lame jokes and stupid girly things unless he ask you other than that give it a try.
If you act too emotional then he will avoid you.
