Depends on the job. If you worked with heavy equipment or had driving as part of your job description, they have the right to terminate your employment if you are in a right-to-work state because you are considered a hazard. Still, you may have a claim for discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Call an attorney.

Well, if you worked in a hospital or somewhere handling chemicals, you would obviously have to be reassigned or terminated if they had nothing else for you. If you had a job where your seizures didn't affect your work performance or anyone else, see a lawyer......good luck!

It could be discrimination... you can absolutely sue for something like that. It would be like firing you because they found out that you were gay, or if you were over weight or had AIDS.
