Salads usually can fill you up on a hearty salad. Buy the pre-cooked packaged sliced chicken along with all the fixin's you most enjoy in a salad. For myself I prefer some ice-burg lettuce, spinach, carrots, black olives, red onions, parsley, red & green peppers, and tomatoes.

You can also kick it up a knotch with a recipe from Kraft

I would make some ice tea or lemonade to help bring out the flavors of the salad. You can even do a Peachy Iced Tea Sangria.

For desert, simple, strawberry shortcake!

Well, tell your boyfriend thank you!!!
And then make a sandwich if you don't want to cook, get some good crusty bread and some different kinds of cheese and deli meat and go crazy. You can make a fresh fruit salad and have ice cream for dessert.
