bench press!
Im in the 200 club. but im only 14 so im ok.
But our weight team has a 300 club and some of those guys are unbelievable.

come on, who do you know that can curl 500 lbs?
theyd have to be superman or on roids.

if it was quats then the number would be higher.

but Benching has become the main measure of strength.
and its fun.

hope i helped!

i gave you a star because not many people ask questions about weightlifting.

They can do this while they are young, but when they get some age on them, they will have severe arthiritiz if they dont stay active.
I think that is too much weights to lift for humankind and it
will come back on them.
