I'm a business man myself and love being asked out by women. Since we're practical, efficient and fast in our thinking.....ask him in terms you think that will complement this way of thinking. Don't act silly, shy or with low confidence. Ask directly and to the point. Flirting while talking business like is the hook....so smile and look sexy too. It will work.

Depending on the level of business and how your company handles clients. Pass it by your boss and see. If the client and the boss are close, it could hinder your job as well if that client complains. But if your boss is aware, he/she might place a word in or make a recommendation for you. This all depends on how close you are with your boss. Honestly, I would love to be flattered in such way like that. But in a way, that's not very professional for your company or your boss. There are too many variables here. But I would go for it in the end!!! You have spoke to him consistently. How does he act and feel when you DO chat with him? That will determine what you should do.

Good luck...I hope he says "Heck YEAH!!" =)

this is a very shallow answer - but it depends how attractive you are. If you are so hot most men whip their chin after drooling over you then he will NOT be offended and will likely accept.

If your average - then it comes down to does HE think your hot

If your below average, he might be offended and then you can get into trouble because now you mixed business with pleasure and has to shoot you down without looking like a jerk and then it can get out in the open and it can get messy if not just an embarassment.

To sum up men are NEVER offended when pretty woman ask them out!!!!!!

Sorry I would wait for him to ask you out. Your chances of offending him are pretty good and you don't want to look that bad to the rest of your co-workers do you? Keep your job and leave the client to the customers.

He should be flattered and not offended. He's probably thinking of asking you out too but is being hesitant. Never know till you ask. Good luck!!

You tread on sticky ground. He most likely would not be offended but there are certain human resources type rules regarding this type of behavior. Go for it if you can get another job.

I doubt he would be offended, he would probably be flattered you asked, just dont ask him if he is married or in a relationship that you know of.

The only way to find out is to actually ask him!

Not at all, I asked my husband out on our first date and he found it cute. He was too shy to ask me so it was a releif that I asked him.
